Below is a suggested form to use within your e-mails/posts, and some descriptions of the different submission types that might be made.
Author: what you wish to be known as.
Type: what type of work your submission falls under.
Title: the title of your work, if it has one.
Submission: finally, your submission.
Stories
Self-explanatory.
Character Biographies
Submit information and background stories about your character(s). This might
be done with a profile, a story, or a series of stories. Be creative and use
whatever you think best.
Writings
This section is reserved for works that really do not quite fall under any of the
other categories.
Songs and Poems
Self-explanatory.
Organizations
Works regarding organizations; these might include poems, songs, hymns, so
on and so forth.
Player Biographies
Share information about yourself, whether it be your favorite color, name,
sport, etc. Please use your own discretion as to what you'd like to share.
Events
If you plan on hosting an upcoming event, please send an e-mail with a
description of the event, it's location, and when it will be taking place. Try to
give at least a weeks notice.
Etiquette
Suggestions regarding etiquette within the game and game related areas.
